    In Madrid, until now the urban space of the Salamanca district was known as the "Golden Mile" because of streets such as Serrano, Ortega y Gasset, Lagasca, etc., where the main high-end stores of the capital are located. However, people are beginning to talk about the "New Golden Mile" for another totally different area, between the Ópera and Calle Alcalá, which stands out not only for the large concentration of new luxury shops (mainly in the Canalejas Gallery), but also because of all the new luxury hotels that we can find.

    The Teatro Magno, with more than a hundred years of history, is a direct architectural witness to the social and cultural life of Madrid in the last century. It has been renovated for its recent reopening but preserving its original elements and clandestine nuances to the maximum. Located on Calle Cedaceros, in the very center and extremely close to Puerta del Sol.

An honour that less only 40 countries in the world, in all continents, have it, and among those there are the undoubtedly “kings” of the beaches.

    The first hotel of “Only YOU” chain located outside of Madrid, is in Valencia, being also the first 5-star hotel of the company.

    The “Only YOU Valencia” is in the old Astoria Palace in the city, where the poshest events in the city were held and where important people such as Sofia Loren, Margaret Thatcher, Camilo José Cela and Salvador Dalí stayed.
