From 10 to 13 February, 160 team members from Meltwater, a leading media intelligence and social listening platform that helps companies monitor, analyze, and share digital content to manage their online presence, landed in Madrid to celebrate their Global Leadership Summit. The city was ready to welcome them with open arms and contagious energy.
In mid-September, we greeted 44 Argentine automotive leaders in Lisbon, Portugal revealed itself as a country of contrasts and charm. In the evening, a reception dinner took place at Praia no Parque, a trendy restaurant on top of Eduardo VII Park, setting the tone for a journey that would be unforgettable.
On 20 January 2025, 500 people from a UK-based IT and gaming company touched down in Barcelona for an evening that became one of the year’s most talked-about marketing moments. The setting was Bastian Beach Club, a brand-new venue on the Mediterranean shoreline, where the sea felt close enough to touch and the mood shifted the moment guests stepped inside.
In April, Lisbon welcomed 400 top players of an insurance company with elegance, energy, and unmistakable charm. From the moment private transfers whisked them from the airport to the Four Seasons Ritz Lisbon, every detail was designed to immerse guests in comfort. A warm welcome set the tone; Estufa Fria became a living stage, where a reception-style dinner, premium bar, themed décor, and live entertainment created an evening to remember.
From 18th until 22nd of May, sixty top performers and insurance executives from France arrived in Ponta Delgada to discover the natural wonders of São Miguel, a 4-day program, where every moment was designed to inspire connection, adventure, and relaxation among participants. From the airport, a warm meet & greet by Abreu staff set the tone for welcoming start, followed by a smooth transfer to their hotel and first evening started with a warm welcome on property.
From 18 to 20 June 2025, a group of 32 guests from a Luxembourg investment company arrived in Mallorca for an incentive trip designed to slow the pace, spark connection, and let the island speak for itself. Their stay began at the Iberostar Waves Cristina, where a welcome cocktail eased everyone into the Mediterranean rhythm. Soon after, the group headed into Palma for an original Tapas Tour, an easy, authentic way to discover the city’s layers of history while tasting its local spirit. Returning to the hotel, they found small local gifts waiting in their rooms, adding a thoughtful, warm touch to the first day. The evening continued at El Sótano, where signature cuisine set the tone for the days ahead.
In early June of 2025, Vilamoura turned into the ultimate playground as Abreu Events welcomed 200 British guests in two waves of 100. From the very first moment, every detail was crafted to immerse participants in the vibrant charm and irresistible energy of the Algarve.
From June 2–9, Málaga transformed into the perfect stage for an American group of 60 people from a global leader in self-service and commercial laundry equipment, for an unforgettable week. Partners and stakeholders from around the world gathered in Andalucía for a program that masterfully blended inspiration, culture, and celebration with authentic southern Spanish flair.
