When Seville Becomes the Experience
A four-day incentive that let the city do the talking
The success of an incentive is not only about the activities, it is about creating a journey where every moment, every place and every experience has a purpose. Seville, with its layers of history, gastronomy and energy, proved once again to be the perfect stage for exactly that.
Over four days, we had the pleasure of welcoming 30 participants from Improvers, a Dutch company looking for an incentive experience that combined culture, gastronomy, adventure and team spirit.
From the very beginning, the program was designed to showcase the different faces of Seville. The group explored the historic center on a Segway tour, discovered the Guadalquivir River through an active experience, and caught a sunrise over the Andalusian countryside from a hot air balloon - one of those moments that needs no caption.
Throughout the journey, each venue played its own role in the story. From the first lunch at El 29 de Abades, surrounded by the iconic atmosphere of María Luisa Park and Plaza de España, to tapas and local flavors at Seis Tapas, every stop was carefully selected to reflect the character of the destination.
The group experienced the elegance of Maquiavelo for an evening combining dinner and entertainment, the charming surroundings of Casa Ozama for a relaxed lunch, the energy of a flamenco evening at Casa Inquieta followed by a night at Uthopia, and a traditional Spanish farewell lunch at Asador de Aranda before a final karting challenge that closed the program on a high.
Four days. Thirty guests. One city that delivered on every front.
