Mirador Torre Glòries

The Torre Glòries, a project of the French architect Jean Nouvel,  modified the Barcelona skyline in 2005, becoming one of the city's architectural symbols and also one of the most spectacular viewpoint, located 125 meters above the ground, as on Friday, May 20th, it was inaugurated the “Mirador Torre Glòries”, a state-of-the-art observatory presided by an installation by the Argentine artist Tomás Saraceno.

Visitors will not only be able to enjoy an amazing 360-degree view of Barcelona, but they’ll be able to do so from Cloud Cities, a suspended and walkable work of art, located on the 31st floor of the Torre Glòries, that promises an unprecedented multisensory experience.

The Cloud Cities experience is completed with a visit to the Hyperviewpoint, where through the art, technology, big data, and scientific dissemination, it shows the city as a system of systems, a living organism in continuous evolution and transformation.

By no means, this new city highlight, takes away the natural beauty of several other city viewpoints, such as Tibidabo or Montjuic or even the Columbus monument or the Sagrada Familia, from where you will also be able to enjoy Barcelona's astonishing skyline and monuments.
