Retiro’s Corporate Adventure
Teambuiding Challenge
In June, we had the pleasure of guiding a group of over 70 participants through a unique exploration of Madrid’s iconic El Retiro Park. The event combined team role-playing, cooperative challenges, and interactive games, including quiz questions about the company and some fun surprises, designed to engage every participant while discovering the park’s rich culture, history, and hidden corners.
The adventure didn’t stop there. Teams ventured beyond the park, exploring surrounding landmarks such as the Prado Museum and nearby streets, all woven into the game’s storyline. To recharge, participants enjoyed a classic picnic by the lake, complete with traditional treats and a relaxed atmosphere to connect with colleagues.
After more than two hours of action-packed activity, the journey concluded with a memorable ride through central Madrid on tuktuks, sipping refreshing drinks and taking in the city sights on the way back to the hotel. It was a perfect blend of culture, teamwork, and fun, leaving everyone energized and inspired.
