Food Tour

The Mediterranean diet is considered a World Heritage Site. Although, within Spain we can find different types of cuisine and typical foods, Valencia is one of the greatest exponents of Mediterranean cuisine.

That is why we propose the following menu for your next food tour with us:

Starters: tapas and pintxos. Without a doubt, the best way to start a meal in Spain is by eating some tapas and pintxos. For them, we think that the best area of Valencia to organize something like this is the historic center of the city, with restaurants like Orio or Sagardi.

Main course: paella. That paella is the best-known Spanish dish, but really the area where it is most typical is Valencia and its surroundings. For this reason, we like to propose to groups visiting Valencia a half-day visit to Albufera, where the city's rice fields are located and where the best-known paella restaurants can be found, such as Nou Racó or Duna.

Dessert: horchata and fartons. The most typical sweet in this area is horchata (a drink made from tigernut) and fartons (a soft sponge cake to dip in the drink). Without a doubt, a delicacy that can be enjoyed, among other places, in the modernist Mercado de Colón, an essential place in many of our tours.
