Who said we can’t use a beautiful fishermen village for an intimate retreat? Peniche is located on the Western Coast of Portugal, about 1h30 from Lisbon. Our prime location for this retreat will be Hotel Rio Prado, an ecological and sustainable agro-tourism, featuring stunning and modern décor throughout the property and its 27 rooms.

We can host meetings in the Gulbenkian library made up of rare books from Lisbon and Paris. To satisfy our appetite lunches can be served in Maria Batata Restaurant open space with all sliding doors, a cobble stone terrazzo with firepit and a garden with 18 meters pool, or head down to town, savor the local seafood gastronomy in a traditional restaurant.

For the following day, how about exploring Peniche charming with a teambuilding activity on the beach? Giving participants a gasp of salty fresh air, sandy feet whilst working together as a team.

The ultimate surprise will be to host a dinner in the greenhouse with aromas of 2000 plants on the walls, a rustic wooden environment creating a fabulous backdrop for photos and ending our retreat with golden key.
