This March, discover a different side of Spain: its interior, where nature, culture and gastronomy meet responsible luxury. We present a 4-day / 3-night journey starting in Madrid and travelling into Extremadura, designed for an exclusive group of 80 guests, with the hotel reserved entirely for the group.
Upon arrival at Madrid Airport, guests are transferred in premium vehicles to the region, enjoying a light lunch based on seasonal, locally sourced products, an introduction to the philosophy of the experience: luxury with purpose. Accommodation is provided on an exclusive basis at a luxury boutique hotel such as Hospes Palacio de Arenales, where comfort, refined design and sustainable practices come together. The evening begins with a welcome dinner highlighting Extremaduran gastronomy with a zero-waste approach and local suppliers.
The second day focuses on tradition and place. After breakfast with local products, guests visit selected artisans to discover traditional crafts and local production of olive oil and cheese. Lunch is served at Torre de Sande, a farm-to-table restaurant celebrating regional cuisine. In the afternoon, the group explores Cáceres, a UNESCO World Heritage city, through a guided tour of its historic center, ending the day with a relaxed dinner featuring seasonal ingredients.
On the third day, gastronomy and sustainability take center stage with a visit to Dehesa de Solana, where guests learn about sustainable production of ham and enjoy lunch on site. The experience continues in Sierra de Gata, with an immersive tasting at the organic cheese dairy Terra Capra, followed by a unique stargazing experience. The journey concludes with an open-air farewell dinner, combining local flavors, storytelling and the beauty of the night sky.
On the final day, guests return to Madrid inspired by an experience that proves luxury and sustainability can coexist beautifully. Every detail reflects our certified commitment to responsible tourism, translated into elegant, conscious and authentic programs.
