Three Days of Authentic Madrid Magic
Where Tradition Meets Urban Energy
Towards the end of the year, we delivered a tailor-made incentive programme in Madrid for a Swiss group of 40 participants, designed to highlight the city’s rich culture, vibrant atmosphere and outstanding gastronomy.
The program kicked off with the group’s arrival in Madrid and a first immersion into the historic city centre. After settling in, participants enjoyed a guided visit to one of Madrid’s most emblematic landmarks, followed by a welcome dinner in a unique setting overlooking the Royal Palace, the perfect way to start the experience and set the tone for the days ahead.
The second day was dedicated to discovering Madrid in a more dynamic and experiential way. The group explored the city on electric tuk-tuks, offering a fun and sustainable perspective of its main neighborhoods and highlights. This was followed by a hands-on flamenco workshop, allowing participants to connect with one of Spain’s most iconic art forms. The afternoon combined free time with cultural exploration before closing the day with a live flamenco show, an intense and memorable moment that truly captured the spirit of Spain.
On the final day, the program moved outside the city for a visit to a winery on the outskirts of Madrid. The group enjoyed a guided tour of the estate, followed by a wine tasting and a relaxed lunch in a rural setting, offering a more laid-back and authentic way to conclude the incentive experience before departure.
