From 10 to 13 February, 160 team members from Meltwater, a leading media intelligence and social listening platform that helps companies monitor, analyze, and share digital content to manage their online presence, landed in Madrid to celebrate their Global Leadership Summit. The city was ready to welcome them with open arms and contagious energy.
 
Their home for the week was the newly renovated Hotel Princesa Plaza, ideally located just steps from Gran Vía, with all the pulse of Madrid right outside the door. The hotel became a fully branded Meltwater hub, from personalized coffee stations and photo ops to welcome packs filled with stickers, caps, custom T-shirts, and even a branded ice cream stand. Every corner spoke Meltwater.

Day one kicked off with a welcome dinner on one of Madrid’s most iconic rooftops, combining breathtaking skyline views with a warm, relaxed atmosphere to set the tone for the week.

Days two and three brought the group together at Tatel Castellana, where live music, gourmet dining, signature cocktails, and master Jamon carvers gave guests an authentic taste of Spain. These experiences perfectly balanced celebration with team bonding and motivation.

The summit concluded with an unforgettable private dinner at Circolo Popolare, nestled in the heart of Madrid’s financial district. The venue’s rustic charm, glowing lights, and walls lined with thousands of bottles created an enchanting atmosphere. And just when the night felt perfect, the celebration continued at Fitz Club, where an entire floor was reserved exclusively for the group. Music filled the space, 360º branded screens lit up with the Meltwater logo, and everyone danced, smiled, and already started talking about next year.

It was more than a summit, it was a statement: a celebration of Meltwater’s culture, unity, ambition, and sheer joy.
