Three Days of Freedom and Flow
From 11 to 13 September 2025, a group of 18 guests from a Dutch law firm travelled to Ibiza for an incentive trip that mixed adventure, rest, and a touch of island magic. Their stay began at the Hyde Hotel, where jeeps waited at the door to take them straight into the island’s wilder side. Clifftop routes and untouched landscapes set the pace for the first day, ending at Zazu Ibiza for a lively lunch with music and dance that matched the island’s spirit. As evening arrived, the group settled into a sunset cocktail experience overlooking Cala Llonga.
The next morning unfolded at sea. A private catamaran carried the group toward Formentera, where calm waters and clear skies encouraged everyone to disconnect. They swam to shore, paddled, took photos, and enjoyed a relaxed BBQ lunch on board. With personalized music and an attentive crew, the day felt effortless. Back on the island, they prepared for Ushuaïa’s season-closing party with Calvin Harris leading the night, followed by a refined dinner at the venue’s Asian restaurant, a memorable celebration to close the day.
On their final morning, a gentle hike near Cala Llonga offered a slower rhythm before the group enjoyed free time at the hotel. Their last lunch at Nun restaurant, a peaceful spot with views over the beach, brought the trip to its soft landing before their transfer to the airport.
