Mallorca Through Shared Moments
Sunlit Days, Island Stories
From 18 to 20 June 2025, a group of 32 guests from a Luxembourg investment company arrived in Mallorca for an incentive trip designed to slow the pace, spark connection, and let the island speak for itself. Their stay began at the Iberostar Waves Cristina, where a welcome cocktail eased everyone into the Mediterranean rhythm. Soon after, the group headed into Palma for an original Tapas Tour, an easy, authentic way to discover the city’s layers of history while tasting its local spirit. Returning to the hotel, they found small local gifts waiting in their rooms, adding a thoughtful, warm touch to the first day. The evening continued at El Sótano, where signature cuisine set the tone for the days ahead.
The next morning led them east, toward Cala Millor. A Jeep tour carried them along hidden coves and natural caves, revealing a quieter, wilder side of the island. Lunch at Ame, a calm oasis right on the beach, gave everyone a moment to unwind. Their farewell dinner later that evening unfolded on the terrace of Balneario de Illetes, where sunset views made the night feel particularly special.
On the final day, the group discovered the Tramuntana area. A kayak tour in Sóller brought them close to the coastline’s raw beauty, and the journey ended on the terrace of Goia restaurant, overlooking the bay. It was a gentle, memorable conclusion to three days lived fully by the sea.
