Adrenaline-based Experience in Madeira Island
Incredible four-days
Madeira doesn’t just impress, it captivates. Four days, a curious Dutch team of 40 people, and experiences that stir the soul: that’s the story of this April incentive.
The program began with a tour through Funchal’s old town: cobbled streets, colorful façades, and the smell of freshly baked treats. Then, participants took a cable car ride and were surprised with a toboggan descent back to the city. In the evening, they enjoyed a relaxing dinner at a wine and steak restaurant, balancing the adrenaline rush of the day.
The next morning, the adventurous feeling continued as the group embarked on a jeep tour across the dramatic landscapes of Pico do Areeiro, the island’s second-highest peak. We organized a short 1h30 hike so participants could take in the magnificent views over the valley. Afterwards, we surprised them with a poncha workshop in the heart of the Laurissilva Forest, a moment filled with laughter, where everyone briefly became a mixologist.
The following day offered a slow morning to relax before a two-hour paddle tournament in the afternoon. After some leisure time, participants got ready for the farewell dinner at the elegant Nini Design Center.
The last hours on the island were spent on a private speedboat with a marine biologist, observing marine life, dolphins and whale watching included. It felt like becoming a kid again and possibly reliving childhood memories.
The group certainly ended their journey in Madeira on a high note, returning home with many lasting memories.
