In June, we welcomed 70 top performers from a digital services company based in the U.S. to Madrid for an incentive trip designed to reward excellence and inspire through discovery, emotion, and surprise.
 
Hosted at the elegant VP Plaza España Design 5*, the very best of Madrid. The client had one clear request: that participants not just see Madrid, Toledo, and Segovia, but truly understand them—the history behind every site, the story behind every restaurant, and the origin of each flavor.

They explored Madrid's soul on foot and dined at Casa Botín, the world's oldest restaurant. In Toledo, they discovered the region's sweet heritage through a hands-on marzipan workshop at Santo Tomé, the city's oldest confectionery. Segovia offered a unique jamón masterclass led by one of Spain's most respected female carving experts, set against breathtaking mountain views, a moment as delicious as it was insightful.

Evenings sparkled with elegance: the Welcome Dinner at Casino de Madrid featured classical violin and timeless tradition. Later, Flamenco de Leones provided the perfect setting for a powerful awards night, where recognition met rhythm. Authentic singer-dancer Chelo Pantoja captivated everyone with her unforgettable performance.

The final evening brought everyone together on Ginkgo Sky Bar's rooftop, saying goodbye to Madrid under the stars with city lights as backdrop. The feeling was unanimous: this journey had been much more than a trip, it had been an experience to remember.
