During this week, the city is filled with color and joy, decorated booths with flowers, live music, and dancing. One of the most awaited moments is the horse and carriage parade that’s held every day. Another promising facet are the Flamenco dresses, many women proudly wear them through the fair's streets... Málaga Fair:
The Málaga Fair is one of the most important fairs in Andalusia Region and attracts tourists from all over the world. The celebration was initially called "August Festivals" and had a religious character, with processions and masses. The Málaga fair is the only one that takes place in the city centre and the fairgrounds are filled with music, dance, shows, and activities for all tastes and ages - visitors can enjoy a festival in a relaxed atmosphere.
Jerez Horse Fair:
The Jerez Horse Fair originated in the 13th century when horses were used in the region for fieldwork and transportation. The fair was originally called "San Dionisio Fair", in honor of the patron saint of Jerez. This fair also plays an important role in the southern region of Spain, attracting thousands of visitors, they can enjoy horses and carriage exhibitions, live music, and flamenco dancing. Another valuable factor, Jerez is known for its wine cellars, and tourists can enjoy tastings and visits to the city's most famous cellars.
