In June Andrea Aguado, our Operations Manager for Barcelona participated in a promotional action from Lloret Convention Bureau to further enhance her knowledge of the destination.

About an hour North of Barcelona, in Costa Brava there's a quaint town by the name of Lloret de Mar, many perceive it as a holiday destination due to its stunning beaches. However, the city has magnificent infrastructures for large congresses and events.
 
Here are a few of the jewels:

Hotels: Evenia Olympic Palace, 4 stars hotel with 167 rooms, 5 swimming pools, Olympic Sports Center and a conference center that can host convention for 1000 people. A sophisticated option, L’Azure Hotel, high 4 stars hotel featuring 411 rooms, 2 swimming pools, restaurant and two pool bars, full spa service.

Gastronomy: The latest addition is Studio 66, a pioneering restaurant concept with the signature cuisine of Chef David Gou turns every single meal into an exciting Gastronomic experience.

Venues: The Chapel Santa Cristina is an 18th century chapel with stunning views to the sea, ideal for a corporate dinner outside for 100 people. Cala Gran, a natural setting of 10,000 m2 with semi-hidden coves and privileged landscapes, perfect to host an al fresco event for 1000 people.
