Seville is re-opening a unique restaurant, Muelle 21 Arrocería, located on the top floor of the aquarium of Seville. Its interior has three dining spaces that can seat a total of 600 people. There’s outdoor terrace offering iconic views of Seville’s Marina and Maria Luisa Park, enhanced with build-in sound to enjoy ambient music during a cocktail for 300 people or seated dinner for 100 people. With a fusion that mixes traditional Andalusian cuisine with the latest international trends in gastronomy, the chef Ismael Bernal specialty are rice dishes, here you may taste from the famous paella with squids, monkfish and prawns to the delicious “soupy” rice with wild duck.

The Spanish capital has surprised us again, hidden under Plaza Colón next to the Fernán Gómez theater, Papua Colón décor will transport you to an exotic and sophisticated jungle in the heart of Madrid. The architects got inspired by Papua New Guinea, when European Settlers arrived on the Pacific island at the beginning of the 16th century. Explaining the restaurants multitude of exotic plants, numerous colonial-style elements that are distributed in the different rooms, that are arranged around the central skylight. Sofas with colorful velvet patterns, wallpapers on the ceilings and light wood furniture gives character to the ambient. The uniqueness continues in the menu created by Andrés Castaño, the right hand in recent years of Aurelio Morales, Michelin star chef. Papua Colón can be privatized for events, giving you an unforgettable experience with cocktail dinatoire for 300 people or seated dinner for 220 people.
