A new gastronomic reference

The NH Collection Eurobuilding hotel in Madrid has always been a benchmark in the city, with more than 400 rooms and 32 meeting rooms (the largest room has a capacity of 1,300 guests).
Within this hotel, but always autonomously, since it has a separate entrance to the hotel, the DiverXO restaurant was located, without a doubt one of the most recognized in the city as it has 3 Michelin stars.

The hotel has been renovated once again (it was completely done in 2014) by opening a new restaurant with the intention of being, once again, a reference in the city. The chef and Itamae David Arauz, with a long career as head of several of the best reference restaurants in Japanese gastronomy in Spain, has just returned to Madrid's gastronomic scene by opening Zuara Sushi, in the NH Collection Eurobuilding after a spectacular reform.
