There’s something special about seeing hard work recognized on an international stage, especially at IMEX Las Vegas, one of the most prestigious trade shows in our industry. This year, Abreu Events was truly honored to receive an award that celebrates the way we design and manage complex group experiences.
The success of this program was only possible through the trust and creative partnership we shared with our client, Next Level. Working together from the early concept to on-site execution allowed us to bring their vision to life with precision and care.
Precision, People, and Purpose
It was a large-scale, tailor-made program with multiple activities, transfers, and schedules that had to align perfectly. Our team planned every detail with precision, and when flights were delayed or timings shifted, we adapted seamlessly, ensuring guests never felt a thing.
But what truly made it work was our people, guides who kept spirits high, coordinators who readapted in real time, and partners who stepped in with creative solutions. During the operation, we also organized a meaningful CSR activity, supporting local families with cribs and children’s furniture, because great events should always give something back.
Hearing our client describe the project as “executed flawlessly” and our team as “a true pleasure to work with” made this recognition even more meaningful. It reminded us that excellence is built not only on planning, but on partnership and attitude.

We believe group management is more than logistics, it’s about planting an emotion, a memorable seed in the participant’s heart. One highlight was the Gala Dinner at the 18th-century Correio Mor Palace, transformed into a Belle Époque celebration of beauty, elegance, and shared moments.
