    ESCV 2026: Porto to Host the 28th Annual Conference of the European Society for Clinical Virology

    From 16 to 19 September 2026, the city of Porto will become the European hub for Clinical Virology with the 28th Annual Conference of the European Society for Clinical Virology (ESCV). This leading international meeting will bring together experts, researchers, and healthcare professionals to discuss the latest scientific advances, foster collaboration, and address global challenges in the field of viral infections.

    Abreu Events will be responsible for the local organisation, delivering an integrated management approach and a high-quality experience for all participants.

    E-UNSAT 2020

    The 4th edition of the “European Conference on Unsaturated Soils - Unsaturated Horizons” (E-UNSAT 2020), will take place completely online from October 19th to 21st, 2020, and it counts with Abreu Events Congress Organizer organization.

    In collaboration with Delft University of Technology (TUDelft), the Netherlands, and the Polytechnic University of Catalonia (UPC), Spain, this highly prestigious event is being organized by Instituto Superior Técnico (IST), with the support of FUNDEC.

  • 1st Iberian Days of Ecoguided Interventionism

    1st Iberian Days of Ecoguided Interventionism

    It is with great satisfaction that the Abreu Events Congress Organizer will organize the 1st Iberian Days of Ecoguided Interventionism in Pain and Spasticity, which will be held in Lisbon, on December 11 and 12, 2020. 

    It is an event that will be bi-annual, alternating between Portugal and Spain, with trainers, moderators, speakers and guests from the 2 countries that are in a growing and exciting phase in terms of intervention techniques in pain and spasticity. 

    ​The event has an Iberian Scientific and Organizing Committee, with prestigious trainers in the area of Ecoguided Interventionism, counting on the scientific sponsorship of the SPMFR's Interest Group in Ultrasound (GriECO) and the SERMEF Interventionist Rehabilitation Work Group (GTRI).

    The Joint European Magnetic Symposia (JEMS) is the main and most comprehensive conference on magnetism in Europe. In 2020, the symposia will take place in Lisbon, in the Lisbon Congress Center, in July 27-31 2020, and it counts with Abreu Events Congress Organizer Organization.

    The Symposia cover a broad range of topics addressing fundamental and applied magnetism, and novel magnetic materials. Plenary, semi-plenary and invited speakers give lectures on important recent advances within each symposium, in addition to contributed talks and poster sessions.

    EWEPA XVII

    EWEPA XVII conference will take place in Porto, Portugal from 28 June to 1 July 2020! It continues a successful path of Efficiency and Productivity Analysis Workshops, that started in Louvain-la-Neuve, Belgium, in 1989 and moved along Europe up to the city of London in the last two editions (2017 and 2019).

    EWEPA is the leading biennial conference devoted to the methodology and application of productivity, efficiency and performance analysis of firms, public services and industries, joining academics and practitioners from all continents. The first day of the conference is a pre-conference workshop with presentations of PhD Students and discussion by a senior researcher.

    Fish Passage 2020

    The 2020 International Conference on River Connectivity (Fish Passage 2020) organized by Abreu Events Congress Organizer, will bring together experts, managers, stakeholders and companies from around the world to discuss pressing issues on Eco hydraulics, Eco hydrology and fish passage problems, solutions and future forms of research.

    Fish Passage 2020 will be held at the National Laboratory for Civil Engineering (LNEC), which is located near the center of Lisbon, Portugal.

    ECIIA 2020

    The next ECIIA European Conference will take place in Lisbon, Portugal following the steps of its fellow institutes who hosted the previous events in 2016 Stockholm, 2017 Basel and 2018 Madrid.

    The ECIIA is the European Confederation of Institutes of Internal Auditing.

    The mission of the ECIIA is “To be the consolidated voice for the profession of internal auditing in Europe by dealing with the European Union, its Parliament and Commission and any other appropriate institution of influence and to present and develop the internal audit profession and good corporate governance in Europe”.
