XXXIII International Conference on Polyphenols Porto to Host the XXXIII International Conference on Polyphenols in 2027
From 12 to 15 July 2027, the city of Porto will host the XXXIII International Conference on Polyphenols (ICP2027), one of the most prestigious international scientific meetings dedicated to the study of polyphenols and their wide-ranging applications in fields such as food science, health, biotechnology, sustainability, and bioeconomy.
Organized by the international scientific society Groupe Polyphenols, the conference will bring together researchers, academics, and experts from around the world to share the latest scientific advances and foster international collaboration in a constantly evolving area of research.

International Organizing and Scientific Committees
The congress is supported by an organizing committee led by researchers from the University of Porto, including Conference Chairs Nuno Mateus and Victor de Freitas.
The international scientific leadership also includes Juha-Pekka Salminen from the University of Turku and Heidi Halbwirth from the University of Vienna.
The Scientific Committee includes experts from universities and research institutions across Finland, Italy, France, Portugal, Japan, Canada, the United States, Greece, Spain, and Mexico, reinforcing the global and multidisciplinary nature of the event.
